Project Description
1) Camera Configuration and Selection for optimum observation of the Rover surroundings: Optimal Configuration for Panoramic/Navigation /Hazard observation 2) Obtain the landing site's moon surface environment sill/wish visual dataset: Apolo image (U.S., Yutu Rover image (China), AMES/NASA simulation video, DEM-based Simulated video, etc. 3) Create high reliability/high performance 3D Point Clouds in poor video environment: HDR, Tone Mapping, and Stereo Matching in poor video environment. 4) Three-dimensional environmental modeling, Map generation, obstacle recognition and driveable area modeling: Visual Odometry-based multi-image convergence and convergence with DEM, Voxel-based object/Hazard representation, and gradient representation of the operable area 5) Demonstrate and validate high-reliability and high-efficiency software engineering and sill/dry environment: Tele-operator-friendly Managed Reality Interface, Virtual Reality, and real-world based simulation verification
